  Honestly one of the best service stations i have been to. Service was beyond excellence in all areas from car wash, to petrol service as well as C store and Barcellos restaurant. Staff are friendly and go beyond expectation to ensure a quick, convenient and delightful experience. will definitely return over and over again.

  The service and attitude of some staff members at the car wash is ... only few rotten individuals. Hopefully they will deal with them.if it was not for ABSA Rewards I would not have left this Sasol long time ago.

  I did not receive good customer service at this place. The forecourt did not seem busy. The petrol attendant that was just metres away from my car seemed to ignored me because even though I had been there for sometime and no had approached he, he continued to chat to the lady that was in the car in one of the filling bays. I waited for quite sometime but he did not bother to come and check if I needed any assistance. It seemed as if customers are not prioritised at this outlet because there were three cars that were not attended to.
