::Sasol parkdene I got there this morning as every other morning for my cup of coffee and to fill up my car with diesel. Yet i stopped next to the pump and i see the pump attendend walk out of there staff room upto his personal car looking at the tyres etc. I blew my hooter.,then he decided to come over. Greeting him i ask him whether his car is more important than assisting a customer? He's reply is yes it is. I spoke with the manager. The manager replied that he knows my car and went to the attendend. I got my coffee refusing to fill up my car there. Walking back to my car and the attended starts screeming stuff at me whilst he is walking to there staff room. I find that very unprofessional and i will never go back to them

::Stood 5min before the attendant opened the pump to fill our vehicle. My husband told him to close the petrol cap and we came to next Sasol. Not very good service

::Very bad petrol station to use, 28 Nov 2017 the petrol attendant forgot to put oil cap back on my brand new Ford eco sport diesel. The owner Mr. Cristo van der Merwe won't pay for my new cap or cleaning oil shooting out in my engin compartment even though I have proof of invoice of Diesel and oil. He says he has signs installed that his customers must watch his workers themselves but I stopped here now and see no such signs....If my engine got damaged what then? Hundred of thousand Rand damage which Ford would not accept as guarantee and SASOL seems to not at all willing to take even at this small cost of under R500.....Don't use this place, you will loose your car due to this untrained staff and don't care owner attitude!
