  Went to sasol felling station cycad centre polokwane to fill up my bike,what a bad attitude I received from one of the petrol attendant who can to attend me today 3 February 2020 @ 20:35.i said to him,put R50 of 93 petrol he then pulled out the 95 horse,then I said to him again I want 93 not 95, he responded to me like why u didn't tell me before ,I responded,"I want 93 not 95,he responded "u must learn to talk before .I ended up saying to him bring back my money ,he gave me back my R50 and he then turned me his back and say go and never. Bad treatment

  I went2 sasol garage car wash in bendor around 3pm yesterday refered by my 73 years old mother who wash her car there weekly.i found them washing some white guys car...they told me dat they hav closed and sometimes they close at 1pm they dont have specific operating hours it depend on the cars coming in...they told me to go to a different car wash.i asked to speak to their manager,they told me dat the manager is not in...when i went in...the manager was there.he called one of the guys to wash my car...they refused...they started arguing about washing my car...stil the guy refused.the manager told me if he force dem to wash my car...they will end up not washing it well and to avoid me complaining about that i should go to other car wash or come back some other time.

  I waited 4 and a half hours for my car to get washed and the wheels wasn't even cleaned properly. In Pretoria I wait for 2 hours for a full car wash and also done very well. The Shop and petrol service is very good but not the car wash at all.
