  Always great and on Discovery Health! Parking at previous Chris Barnard. Have Dentist stamp parking ticket. Parking building shown Bree Street no 111.

  The actual dentist/oral hygenist experience is great. But how everything else is run is terrible and I would much rather stay away. 1. They Book you a cleaning without consent and threaten to bill if you dont cancel or show. 2. The accounts department is terrirble. I had been battling for months regarding something that was paid by my medical aid. I called numerous times explaining what they statements means, emailed, i was subsequently handed over to their attorneys. I had to take time off to see the "accountant" only for them to finally call the medical aid and discover what I had been saying all along was true. It was in actual fact paid. The "accountant" just not very good at understanding accounts. I would much rather go elsewhere and not have to deal with this sort of behavour from the general staff.

  My wife worked as a dental assistant for a while in Durban, so she knows a good dentist when she finds one. Since moving to Cape Town 7 years ago, we've been to 2 other horrible dentists in various areas in Cape Town before we were lucky enough to find Dr Loocke. The only problem is he unfortunately doesn't work weekends or evenings, so I have to take a days leave if I want to see him specifically. Had once tried going for a regular consult with any other dentist at that practice on a Saturday, and it was a crazy nightmare of waiting 4 hours at least to be seen to, won't make that mistake again.

  Probably one of the bubliest personalities you'd meet. Great service and great advice on how to take care of your teeth.

  Really good professional service. The Doctor did an excellent job with an old root canal that went wrong.
