  Honestly it was a weird experience. My friend and I went there for a late lunch and we had the most awkward server ever, we were so uncomfortable. Was she new? And as for the food the portions were disappointing. I've been to other spurs and the portions were good. But here they served me the smallest hake and chips I've ever seen with no onion rings. And it always comes with onion rings but nah, not at this spur according to the server we had.

  Terrible customer service, waiters had attitude, food took way too long, we waited for the bill as well... horrible experience

  By far the worst Spur franchise I've ever been to. The service is terrible and the management is even worse. The last straw was when my food arrived cold after waiting for close to an hour having had to ask the manager for intervention. NEVER wasting my money there ever again.

  I don't know who likes the spur more my daughter or me? We all ways have a great meal. The play area is fantastic for kids and keeps them busy while the food comes. It gives the adults so time to talk and catch up. Recently started eating vegetarian so I miss our on many of the fantastic meat dishes.
