::We had a small problem with our order - the avo wasn't fully ripe and my friend was a bit disappointed. I phoned Sandwhich Baron Melrose Crossing immediately and told the manager the problem and she was so accommodating and lovely. A new sandwhich was delivered with a "Sorry :)" note and I was very relieved. My friend is happy and I am eating a delicious footlong that was perfect from the start!
