  The customer service here is amazing. Stylists are friendly, well informed and know what they are doing. My natural hair feels softer, breaks far less than before and looks healthy too. Keep it up Ruutos.

  Awesome experience 👌🏼 my needs as a customer were understood. I was impressed by their step by step engagement as take you through their products. The treatment process was great - what impressed me more the care as me if I'm comfortable, is the water temperature okay and how they would explain what they are doing next during the treatment. I'm so sold 🙂

  Always a great pamper session! Disappointment though is that during the festive season ( from 16 Dec onwards) they don't do some hairstyles-braids, etc which is understandable because of peak traffic but you do not find this out until you're at the salon. No prior communication is shared anywhere, not even on their Instagram page 😒

  I paid R535 for treatment, there place had no ambience... No music, it wasn't warm and friendly or vibrant. I wanted to do a hairstyle, but the consultants were not able to advice or give their creativity, so I ended up just doing a treatment. They also told me one price for the treatment and only told me when I had to pay that I must pay for the product used because I didn't bring my own. At R535 for treatment, a cup of tea, some music in thr background and a friendly smile would have gone a long way.
