  Getting onto the premises was a bit of a hassle, the tv is situated in the lounge/kitchen and a bit too high up, the tv also kept changing the channel on its own (probably a shared connection with another unit), the shower tiles were dirty and the drainage system needs attention, the aircon unit made an annoying noise in swing mode, I only saw the owner when he took payment, no advice was given on who to contact should the need arise, no wifi password provided, sheets had stains and red marks. The house keeper was very friendly and welcoming, she also came to see me off when I left. I liked that plenty of tea and coffee was provided as well as a decanter of milk in the fridge. The unit also had enough blankets for the cold weather. I also appreciated that it was nice and quiet so I could work and sleep peacefully.

  We didn't get whàt we've ecpected as per all the reviews we've read. The units are not properly maintained. Urgent attention is required for repairs and replacements.

  A useful stopover venue, convenient to various locations in Bloem. We used it to do the Naval Hill parkrun, which I can recommend. Its also near the L Bow restaurant which serves good food and service is also good.

  Very nice and cosy place, if you want to stay over in Bloemfontein. The owner is very understanding and helpful
