  Poor workmanship! Royal plumbers repaired a toilet leak at my flat in Hatfield at the start of January 2017. They responded to my call within 24 hours. The leak started again within less than 3 months of repair! When the toilet started leaking again at the same place where they stopped the leak on 29 March 2017 they were promising to come repair the leak again. Up to now I have been waiting for more than a week. Everyday they commit to come and repair the leak, but they never arrive.
