::Library looks well stocked and the staff are friendly and would like to be helpful, but as their computer has been down most of this year it is frustrating for them and for me. Shame Joburg. And the drunk or drugged vagrants loitering are very scary. Shame on you Joburg.

::Shocking! Turned my car around and fled! Vagabonds (drunk/high & aggressive) loitering at the entrance of this library. VERY UNSAFE TO EVEN TRY AND PARK THERE! Saturday morning 10 am 10 March 2018. STAY AWAY.
