::ImI just starting of with my first mtb.I whent in there to ask one oor two question.staff was not realy intrested to help me because im not spending a fortune . Snobs i would say. You lost a potential future customer. Il never return and nor any of my friends. I just turn around and whent down to Giant. People at Giant was so helpfull and friendly. I know this is not a isolated case sins my naber was planning to buy a bike from you about a year ago and had a similar experience,he end up buying a bike from Giant. Pleas work on your customer service because maby in time you might not have any customers left.

::I lost my bike when I relocated to Cape Town. Thanks to German Parcel Service. I cannot afford the bikes in this shop but I come from time to time for having a look and walk around. Make me feel better not missing my bike :) great selection. Nice bikes. Super friendly staff even you not buy and just have a look. Downstairs also bikes for kids. All parts and bikes are highest quality. Love it
