  Warm, welcoming, and willing to help. The Victoria Hotel was amazing!! My husband and I stayed there for a week and we both loved it from arrival through check out. The staff was extremely friendly and incredibly accommodating especially Ronald from the bar, Jennifer, Max and Simon from the front desk, the entire breakfast staff and many others we couldn’t meet in person. You feel welcomed every time you walk in and they were able to meet any question or concern with a smile. It was our wedding anniversary and they super spoiled us! We had sparkling wine and sweets beautifully prepared for us twice (!!!). I think I have never stayed more than 4 nights in the same hotel. And to be honest, when I decided to book this hotel for the entire stay I was afraid to get tired of it after 4 nights. But this did not happen. In the end, we stayed 6 nights and 7 days at Queen Victoria and the communication with the hotel by email (to align on the details and payment) was stress free, fast and very easy (here: special thanks here to Nazley Majiet from customer service)!! So I think I can say with property this place is really amazing!! It became our second house in Cape Town and we truly enjoyed every second of it!! Without a quesion, the breakfast menu was just DELICIOUS!!!!! I miss my eggs benedict already.... !!! Plus the buffet! OMG! Oysters and mimosas every morning... it was quite special!! Right ? We also took advantage of the SPA for a massage that was incredibly relaxing. Despite all these services and ammenties, this hotel was reasonably priced and worth every penny!!! Finaly, the Waterfront location was ideal for visiting the entire area with quick Uber rides readily available and cheap throughout the Cape and a bevy of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Book this place !! You won’t regret it!!

  Truly welcoming and friendly hotel. The staff, especially Jennifer at the front desk and Ronald at the bar, were particularly helpful. Food, location, service, all amazing. I strongly recommend it and would stay again.

  We had our first award ceremony there and i loved the interior and design. The food qas top of the list and the staff was well groomed and trained. Will definitely go again

  Very quiet location but very near all local attractions Spacious rooms kept clean. Hotel restaurant one of the best in cape town
