  Definitely not 4 stars.... Having stayed at the 4 star Protea King George last week, I had a benchmark against which to measure this hotel and it fell short on a number of fronts. Most staff members seem too wrapped up in their own conversations to acknowledge or greet guests. The breakfast chef could not make a plan to get black pepper when the only pepper grinder was pointed out to her to be broken. It seems the catering manager was off sick because the breakfast, with black spots on the fruit, did not deserve even 2 stars. I've stayed here before and had very good experiences, but must say that the quality declined very rapidly over the last year.

  Nice and clean hotel, however, it is located in a noisy area. Great for short stays, not so much for a vacation. Price decent as well

  It's a really nice hotel. I was attending a conference so I didn't sleep there. Their conference room was average but they made up for it in service. The staff members were both professional and friendly. They offer lunch meals which was amazing. I would definitely go back.
