::My experience was terrible initially, the nursing and admin staff that I encountered were rude, dismissive and unsympathetic. They were not helpful, I had to wait a long time for my file and when I asked for directions regarding where I can get the file they did not help. One of the other patients helped me. At the time I am emotional, worried, and stressed and all I wanted was to know where the admin was. When I get to the admin, I am met with even worse treatment. What made the whole situation hopeless was that the other reported that they were used to it. The only helpful empathic people I encountered were other patients who, even while burdened with their own problems took time to ask if I needed assistance and the Dr that assisted me. But before I actually saw the Dr I had to first endure rudeness and people without the most basic common decency.

::Great doctors but sometimes you will have to wait for a very long time plus/minus two hours to get your file, but after receiving your file everything goes well, especially if the department your going to is not full. The admin stuff should atleast try to be friendly and address everyone with respect.

::I have had good and bad experiences. My worst experience has to do with when my gran passed. The doctors sent her home with Brufen. The best experience was that they literally saved my life once.
