  Poor service. 1st- I phone to inquire a parcel which has been sent more than two days ago. I get told that they have not received and do not even have updates as to how far the parcel is. Mind you that I used Post-net thinking that it is urgent. Then finding out my sister is at Chicken Licken around the corner same minute I sent her to check, the parcel is there delivered. Laying around the desk/shelf whereas I have been 'formally" telephonic-ally informed that it has not arrived. Also they assist her after she insisted that they inform her where/how far the parcel is. Am highly disappointed because she could have drove away without going into the store/franchise, after they informed me that the parcel is yet not delivered. Mind you that it is like an urgent parcel which we needed at Limpopo ASAP. This Gardens branch is the same as Post Office, as it is not even the first time this happens today.

  I like nice clean and friendly . . I got all at POSTNET you can have a seat read the daily newspaper which are available on shelf and you can print your docs and even get extra stationary they are rigged
