::Well I don't know, but for me I think this place is not safe enough for our grand parents to get their grants, Because it's in the heart of Makweng market area which is a very busy place. Another thing it's next to the busy route and you must take into consideration that most grand parents don't longer have good eye sight, and they don't longer have energy to move fast which means if a car can pass through that area very fast, which basically occurs everyday a pedestrian(grand parent) accident can occur.
