Their track and trace is always offline as a result i have lost 2 buyer protection deals on separate overseas orders because of this. There needs to be a company that is competition to the post office.( Currently I'm rating the post office down there with eskom).Service and attitude of tellers is shocking and they have no sense of urgency.
