A nice quick visit.... Wish there was more to see. My kid thoroughly enjoyed being on a ship

What a lot of fun with the children! I was amazed at how much of each of the boats you're able to see and touch. The entry fee is barely anything (R10 per adult). The boats definitely have some severe maintenance issues, but they're still safe. We'll certainly be back in a few months, we couldn't explore every room in just one trip.

They have a vast array of fish types with interactive staff who keeps the public informed on all the fish, turtle species, coral formations that is in the park. The dolphin, seal and penguin shows was a highlight for the kids. The Water park was also lots of fun with the slides and tube riding. I must for fun filled family outings and there's ample food places to cater for hungry stomachs.

Very much interesting place to be, the history is written all over the place near each item, I liked the fact that those items are real, you can see that they were used early in the 60's and signs are there to notify dangerous places not enter, a guide will be helpful to take you deep down in the engines. I could not go down there because I was alone. I would have loved to touch some of the radios if was acompanied by someone. #history of Durban #child friendly #nice view #cheap entry ticket #lovely place

Very interesting. Not for people who are unstable on their feet. A warning would be nice. And the stairs you have to go through to get from the street to the entrance smell of urine something terrible. They really should do something about it.
