  One of the best pick n pays iv ever been to.. Very clean and also friendly staf Always willing to assist... And always have what we need at reasonable prices.. Thanks keep up the good work

  I've order some stuff for delivery 2 weeks ago from Pick n pay Mulbarton. You choose a slot which was MONDAY 06.04.2020 between 12:00 and 15:00 WE STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE OUR GROCERIES and they don't even let you know they not going to bring it we have send a dozen off emails and when we call they don't answer but they are very quick do deduct the money from your bank POOR SERVICE !!! I know its lockdown and they are busy but what is the use of giving you a date and time to choose from if they cant even keep to that date and time !!

  Well stocked.....but very flustrating at times! No one is available to assist one, especially at the fruit and veggie section!! A lot of items there are not priced. When you try and find someone to assist you in a price query... no ones even around! There is a measuring scale there and it seems that the customer has to try and work out the prices themselves!!! Not on Pick n Pay!! this is really bad customer service. As for obtaining and buying water refills, no one is ever there. One has to request maybe the cleaning lady etc or whoever happens to be in that area by chance at the time just to do the necessary refill. This has happened not only once, but countless times. To give a little credit, produce and stock is very good...but pricing of goods, customer service back up etc truly needs to be addressed. 😕

  My favourite place to do groceries their produces are always so fresh... love it
