  Good day I am Jacqueline Smith this email is related to a complaint i have and it's not the first time this is a on going problem at this store as adress follows :Tel 0514006400 Pick n Pay Hyper Fichardpark Bloemfontein, I have just about had it with this store i just don't understand why there are about +- 20 or more pay points located in this store but there are ALWAYS just +- 10 or so cashiers???and why the hell are there chairs behind the till for the employees?! I as a very loyal Pick n Pay castomor and so also all the other customers must Always wait in a very long line to get to the pay point to pay and then the cashiers are sitting and ringing the items on they're own time and chatting constantly to the employee next to them so what does this lead to we as customers must just wait and wait because the cashiers are looking and working as if they are on holiday!!! I have a baby in my trolley so this is really hard for me and i so do also believe for other customers and it feels and looks as if this Pick n Pay really don't care!we must always just be patient but yet we must still pay Pick n Pay prices i really don't mind but hell just give me and all customers good service, why are there so many pay point but no employees? And the little employees that this Pic n Pay Hyper Bloemfontein have are pretty useless and slow and rude! I feel and so also believe if the employee does not sit and work and rather stand and work (as it use to be)things wil go much faster and more smoothly, if people can waiter all day on they're feet then i do believe Pic n pay cashiers can also stand! And this pick and Pay must start employing Cashiers after all this is a Hyper Pick n Pay, if I get nowhere with this email to you as Pic n Pay i wil turn to social media and start a petition to prove to you how much this bothers customers. I had this bad experience again today 26 April 2018. Thanks

  They are slow. On sundae . And they dont call if complain aboit slow services. And reciving. Tel you cant complain. They are coustermer. Wen do delivery. They think you mast wait for 4 to 6 houers for them. It why dont buy there any more. Also sam problem. Barcode not on the products you buy. Then they wanted you to wait. That not my problem. That there is no bar code

  Found this hair product in store and it didn't want to scan. Waited several minutes to be told that the product is not on the system, they don't know how it got on the shelves! So I say, "Cool, can I take it? Seeing that it doesn't exist and is therefore not yours." The supervisor was so rude, walked away to return and tell us (angry as can be) that it's R89. Obviously this price was made up and on the slip it says "edible product". So your gal (me) paid that R89 cause I was saving myself from being slapped (by the supervisor) on a Thursday afternoon! And also, I wasn't in the business of trying to score a free product! The cashier (surname Majoro; till #6) was so helpful, speaking up for us, while the supervisor was mad for doing her job (helping the customer!). The supervisor typed in that R89 with the biggest nonsense attitude and walked away without even saying sorry for the long wait or thank you for your patience or bye; just walked away from us like we're a brick wall. Majoro (the cashier) did the apologising, embarrassed by her supervisors behaviour. So disappointed! And it's not the first time a supervisor has been unhelpful in this store!

  This Center has been one of our favourites since new. When you however want French Bread from the Bakery for your Christmas Table, how do you convince the servant that you need one of the fresh ones behind her and NOT one of broken ones on the table next to the Delhi? Mission impossible! Matter has meanwhile been addressed by Pick ñ Pay Management. Thanks!

  As usual...no small trolleys available!! I have complained to management about this before. I only want to buy 8 items but must schlep a huge trolley around in month end "traffic". 500ml Coke in fridge in colddrink isle warm! Asked an employee where to find hamburger patties. He goes to fridge and then tells me sorry all sold out. When I find the right fridge...guess what?...lots of patties available. NOT IMPRESSED!!!
