::What a very disappointing visit. We decided to pop by for a quick pizza after a long day. It was this Saturday around 7 pm. We were off to a good start being escorted from the door, but then everything went haywire. No one came to assist us. Even though it was empty, literally 5 tables we had to ask for a waiter after 20 min. Although the staff had sanitizers, tables were dirty not clearly from the previous table. I went into the toilet and that too was not up to standard. Toilet roll on the floor and the wash basin full of soap messes. Floor was disgusting. Pity I didn't have my cell with me for a picture or two. Our food took a while to finally arrive. FOOD WAS GREAT. That was literally the highlight of the evening. A floor manager was walking around, but what his purpose was that night, remains a mystery. Trust our next visit will be more up to scratch - to the service we expect from our favourite restaurant.

::I love their breakfasts and especially their breakfast pizza............................. The staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes overworked........................ There is always a great atmosphere and its an excellent venue for birthdayparties and business meetings............ My favorite at Panarottis is the caesar salad and avo del mare which have not changed in 20 years.
