  Terrible service, the floors were dirty, the waiters were slow. Took them a long time to clean the table before we could eat. Thw dishes were dirty. The manager did not take our complaints seriously. Will never go there again

  Service very slow and food was only warm and got cold very quickly. Our waiter was very pleasant though and there was a very nice atmosphere

  Different taste for the same ocean basket dish. No alcohol on the menu as well. Halal restaurant and very suitable for the Muslim community in the area.

  This is the worst Ocean Basket I've ever had. It tastes nothing like anything I've eaten at any other Ocean Basket and I eat there a lot. Grilled doesn't mean bland. I literally had to throw everything in a frying pan at home and season it. What's the point of ordering out if you just have to cook it yourself. No flavour and cooked poorly. They are letting the franchise down.

  I have been surprised that a food franchise actually can deliver that value. Would go there again, and that's saying a lot. Of course totally lacks any ambience though.
