  The worst service ,we got our food after 45mins of waiting . I couldnt understand cause people who came after us got their food and we didnt . And the waiter still gave us attitude.

  The place has been revamped tastefully. We requested a table for two and was seated immediately. The bread basket arrived with 2 measly rolls. Then we ordered 2 salmon soups, one queen prawns and vegetables. The pan arrived with prince prawns and not queen. The waiter didn't realise it wasn't queen prawns until I mentioned it. The waiter took the pan away then came back to apologise. My question is, what if people doesn't know the difference between queen and prince prawns and pays for queen prawns? The vegetables also looked very sad. Anyway, that was my Sunday lunch experience.

  Sometimes good sometimes bad on this occasion the service was good the food came very fast( within. 10 minutes) and the food was good. However there was many times that the food took very long to come and the quality was not good at all so overall this is a well located ocean basket with average service and average food quality located in a upmarket mall in Cape Town recently revamped. It’s excellent to sit outside but the only down side can be the birds that might disturb you.

  Deniz ürünleri güzel. Özellikle kızarmış kalamar çok iyi. Balık çeşitlerinden ziyade kalamar karides ve ahtapot öneririm. Balıklar okyanus balıkları olduğundan çok lezzetli değil. Menüsünde zeytin, beyaz peynir niyetine Feta cheese görünce mutlu oldum. Sonra bir de ne göreyim, bir Kıbrıslı olarak şok oldum, hellim peyniri var menüde. Elin Cape Town'un da kalamar tava, hellim ve bira. Daha ne olsun :))

  "Ordinary" is the best word for Ocean Basket as a general rule. The food is just fine. It's great for appealing to a wide range of pallets yet sticking to the seafood. It's decent, but dependable. You know it's going to be just fine every time you go. The service really differs per location, but in Waterfront, I've had the best service of any location by far! It's worth it to just make everyone happy to go here!
