  They have amazing movies. The staff is friendly. The service is great. They offer great combos when buying popcorn & juice.

  Always love coming to NuMetro Keywest. It's so chilled and open. Doesn't get too packed/clustered. The service is a little slow though, they could improve there. But overall I love it

  We booked movie tickets online for the 11am show. The doors only opened after 10.50, leaving us, and a whole lot of other customers, to buy refreshments, 3D glasses and sort out tickets in less than 10 minutes. Broken seats stay broken (cinema 2, row F, seat 5) has been broken for more than a year now. Service counters are slow, self service more out of order than working, pop corn sometimes stale - and overpriced on drinks and snacks.
