  I gave birth at the hospital in Feb this year and I was a bit sceptical going in due to the bad reviews I've read about the hospital. I must say, my perception was changed. I received 5 star treatment throughout the duration of my stay from each of the nurses that tended to me and my baby. I felt well taken care of. The food was great and my overall stay was amazing. Thanks to everyone in the maternity ward. I got my birth certificate 4 days after leaving the hospital, everything was on point.

  My Mom was in the Victoria Falls ward for two days. She was petrified going in having last been in a public hospital 44 years ago. The staff was brilliant and took excellent care of her.

  I thought this is a good hospital, my dad wasn't that sick when he arrived at this hospital. But he got admitted only to make him more sick, he then went to icu and never made it out the doctor said he would survive, but he was kept asleep all the time and bring drugged and also blood transfers. Till my dad died only at 48years old and very dissapointmentsedsnd heart broken till now and it's only been a month. They finish the whole medical aid and still want ore payment.

  I gave birth at this hospital 6 months ago. The nurses really took a great care of me and my little one once she was born. I could always call the nurses whenever i needed them. The food was also good for a hospital. Each meal came with a dessert option. The showers were always clean. My gynae did a great job, the other assistants doctor's in the theater made me very comfortable. I was called within few days to collect the birth certificate. Oh there is a security guard at the entrace of the maternity ward so they wont steal your baby. I really would comeback here.

  For a Netcare the service is inconsistent. The specific specialists however are great
