::I wish there was an option for a no star rating. Absolutely useless in the fight against people smoking where they shouldn't. You can't get them on the phone and they don't respond to emails. I have tried on two separate occasions to report illegal smoking but to no avail. Smokers will continue to disregard the law and put others' health at risk until someone actually starts enforcing the law. oh...and their website does not exist!
