::The service was poor to say the least. The lady at the till taking our order was chewing ice or a sweet and kept spitting it out when repeating our order back to us. Then surprise surprise purchase order was wrong. They didn't bring our wedges and our chicken was mild instead of lemon and herb. When we complained the lady pulled a face and just gave us an attitude. The wedges when they finally came were heavily caked in spice and our garlic rolls were ice cold. There were staff members sitting in the dining area sleeping and napping whilst others were filling in paperwork in the dining area where clients were sitting and eating. Then the staff would shout from the till across the dining area at the staff members sitting chatting and sleeping and converse right across the floor. It was quite disturbing because it's the first time I experience such at any Nando's outlet. And I love Nando's chicken - extra sauce!
