  Food is good and good place to work out of office during the week. Staff are very helpful. Bottomless coffee.

  As franchises go: you know what's on the menu. That's what you get. Never understood why they close the upstairs lounge after lunch. That is where you would prefer to be later in the day. Also don't understand why they don't get a dumb waiter to safely get the food from the kitchen to upstairs. Not the first time I witnessed an order fall on the staircase. Certainly keeps the waiters fit.

  It has been my experience that all Mugg & Bean restaurants have cheerful staff and amazing food. They keep their menus up to date to make sure we always get the food we like the most. I'll definitely recommend any of their bottomless drinks, they're quick to ask if you'd like a refill. And the New watermelon and kiwifruit drink is fantastic! This is a go to restaurant wherever you are!

  Had an absolute amazing experience. Food was fantastic and the service phenomenal. Prices can be a bit high on some meals, especialy some of the drinks. This is however far outweighed by everything else. You get what you pay for so to say. Would definitely recommend for everyone to at the very least come try their great food atleast once. Big shout-out to Tamara for being such an amazing waitress.

  Food is good. Service is good. Nothing fancy, but nothing wrong either.
