::Ordered ribs and wings, waited for half an hour. Ice cold when served. Asked for it to be re heated, took it brought it back as cold as before. Always had good experiences with Mugg and Bean accept this one.

::Can't really fault the service, but somehow I never really enjoy eating at a Mugg & Bean. It seems to me as if they prioritise quantity over quality, and that which does not end up tasting like cardboard, is just way too much for me to eat. Coffee is OK.

::Worst mug and bean i have ever visited. Food takes ages and only lets you know about problems with your order after you got your food. Food got to me cold and I got hair in my food. Wish I could give less than one star.
