  This hotel is a beautiful hotel set in the countryside, rooms are clean and nice. Only problem is the issue with flies in and around the hotel as well as some staff showing the 'I dont care' attitude could improve. And in the restaurant, the food takes too long to come

  Five star hotel at the Midlands would encourage families to book , good venue for weddings also .

  FLYS the rooms are full of flys there’s so many flys plus the service at the restaurant is so bad they take over 1 hour to bring your food and the staff can’t even smile. Otherwise it’s a good place rooms,bathrooms are all clean

  excellent service and good ambiance created by warm from the staff.The food was good , everything we requested and more was offered to us.
