  Got contact RFS from KQ who recommended them. Professional initially but wrapping body was done prematurely so body not in good condition on other side, they promised a different flight and made different arrangements and they forgot passport for repatriation. They also refused to answer their phones on the last day. Pity because they aren’t cheap. Dealt with Frank. The repatriation agent (RFS) Maryke was helpful.

  Exceptional service. Exceptional people. Exceptional commitment. Never have I experienced such professional conduct from any company ever before. They took care of everything. From the smallest little thing to the biggest logistical issues. Ettiene du Plessis (Funeral/Marketing Manager) went above and beyond to help us. He personally took over many of the arangements, consoled us in our time of grief and made it his personal mission to ensure my father received the send off he deserved. Not only is he outstanding in his vocation, but he is an amazing human being and his emotional support is without equal. I was panicking because i could not find a specific song to play at my dad's funeral - he calmed me and layed his hand on my shoulder and said "don't worry - ive got this"... outstanding... Kobus Herbst (General Manager) provided us with all of the help we could ever need. He was always available, whenever we needed his assistance. He was able to help us arrange a grave site in very little time and took over all of the soul clenching administrative work associated with it. His heartfelt sorrow and empathy shared with us cannot be equalled. Karen Herbst also created a beautiful and moving funeral programme that payed beautiful tribute to my father. My father was and still is the biggest influence and inspiration in my life. He was a great father, husband, friend, community leader, principle and inspiration to many. He was a perfectionist, someone who would never ever settle for less than perfect. Martin's Funerals Randburg and their staff gave my father the send off he deserved and would have been proud of.
