  This was not the first time printing with a Minuteman Press but the first time working with the Cresta branch. Although the communication initially was professional and on time, the final presentation of the delivery was below a standard that I've become accustomed to from the Hyde Park branch. The Cresta branch delivered on time but the quality of print was also not the standard that I've experienced before. Additionally, the presentation of A4 saddle-stitched books was loose in a box, not wrapped or flattened. When raising this, Marius said that it was the first time he had received a complaint like this and that better packaging of delivery was not requested. I don't believe that as a customer, I should have to request that a printing provider offers a professional packaged delivery - and especially with 19 years in the industry. Disappointed to say the least.

  Best service and price. I use minuteman press for any and all occasions, any print work you can imagine! Highly recommended.

  Customer service needs improving. I have used other Minuteman Press's and had a great experience, however this branch seems to be lacking. When I raised this concern, I was told everyone is different so I suppose I was wrong for expecting a similar experience. I would not recommend this branch of Minuteman Press.
