::Even through this is a small Mica hardware shop, I would highly recommend this for any of your DIY need. The main reason for this is the staff, friendly, efficient, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You never wait long to get expert assistance on anything you need assistance with.

::Had a small plumbing job in the Carlswald area and the nearest Hardware was this Mica Store. The one time I ventured in there, I encountered friendly staff and marvelous service. Would recommend the outlet to anyone.

::They have some staff without basic knowledge of hand tools. The one didn't know what a hot glue gun is. They also refill LP gas, but they charged me a flat rate based on the size of my cylinder, and not per kg like before. Other than that, it is a good hardware store.
