::The blood test claims are ridiculous, wrong code used as well and to top it all it takes forever to receive the blood results. The reception employees looks very unhappy and tired to even talk to patients. The ladies taking blood results are way too loud. In future I will advice the doctor to explain to the patients the type/s or kind of blood test they take from patients unlike just to send blood test. Its unprofessional.

::Doctors are very excellent. But their reception is very poor. Management should think of replacing their reception staff if they want to have the quality service.

::I have a problem with the accounts department, they claimed from the medical aid using a wrong code which led to the consultation money not being paid. I had to pay from my own pocket. Now i have been calling and sending emails to them asking they rectify the code they used on the claim so that the medical aid will refund me. Up until now, they haven't done that its over a month already querying one thing.

::After being a patient of Dr Brooks since 1996 I have decided to see another Dr at a different practice. I went to see Dr Brooks for an insurance medical and he was so rude, apparently he doesn’t do medicals. I would have thought that being my personal Dr for so many years and having my medical history, that he would be best suited for an accurate medical. Clearly Dr Brooks with his arrogant attitude feels that he can talk down on his patients and take their money at the same time. Dr Brooks you can destroy my file as well as that of my family none of us will be returning to your practice. Being successful in any profession requires knowledge as well as respect and integrity, the first you may have but the rest are lacking.
