  I was recently admitted at mediclinic hospital B ward. I must commend sister Zinhle Gwala and sister Nombu mabota on a job well done and being so professional and compassionate and always smiling. It is great to see people who have a passion for their jobs. . Everything was perfect. the food was delicious. The wards were immaculately clean. The staff did regular checkups to make me comfortable. Also thnx to Doctor Kribin Reddy who is also friendly and very professional.

  Need to upgrade catering services, most nurses are amazing and helpful, one sister needs to learn how to work with people, calling time when ringing the bell is slow. All the patients in the ward where not happy with the above services. Doctors where great, radiology was amazing, so friendly and amazing. Cleaning of bins and repairing toilets that have been out of order for 5 days is not acceptable. Alarm to notify that antibiotics is finished peeped 126 times and took from 9:45 to 11:00 before a nurse was notified.

  Some staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming. Others have no regards for you at all. Overall a nice hospital, though room for improvement , especially the catering.

  Good, clean and state of the art facilities with ample parking. Centrally located in PMB (which is great)
