  The clinic does not understand psychological issues such as borderline personality disorder or being suicidal. One of the head psychiatrists shouted at me upon admission while I was in a very fragile suicidal and emotional state, was severely depressed and was VERY suicidal. He should know better. He should know that someone checking into the facility has severe psychological issues and as a PROFESSIONAL PSYCHIATRIST he should KNOW that that is NOT the way you deal with someone who came to a mental health clinic seeking help, usually out of sheer desperation and as an absolute last resort. I dont know how he still has a job. The psychologist I saw here was absolutely amazing in every way she was the only good thing about the place and a handful of nurses once we had reached an understanding. I have insomnia. They took me off pain killers the first 2 nights so I was incredibly emotional and unstable while h is bad cause I arrived there in a very bad state to begin with. I have fibro myeloma and they took me off all pain meds for the 1st day or 2 and refused to let me go to hospital for my migraine or call the dr. It was utter agony and was so traumatizing I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

  It's been a day and a half and I'm utterly disappointed in this clinic. On arrival i was directed to my bed and was left alone for an hour. With no clue even where the bathrooms were! All the cupboards are suppose to be able to lock to store your belongings in. My lock for my cupboard didn't work and i was promised that by the next morning it would be fixed. It's still not fixed. My room was obviously not cleaned before i got here as there were old newspapers laying around with a bed half made up with no pillow slopes. My plug adapter next to my bed also had pieces missing and i had no place to charge my phone. Exhausted after the very confusing day i thought I'd take a shower. All the other patients had towels and when i requested one they were apparently still waiting for laundry and had no towels. I still havent recied a towel. The nurses are over all very friendly. The psychiatrist i saw on my first night only spoke to me for about 10mins. Where i constantly had to remind her about the correct facts. It was obvious that her attention wasn't fully drawn to her patient. I had to remind the staff 3 times this morning that i haven't received my medication yet. With hope that the psychologist would at least be more helpful - it was yet just anothet disappointment. While we were busy with quite a sensitive and private topic, the psychologist answered her phone in the middle of our session. Discussing with a fellow colleague that "she doesn't work if she doesn't get paid". At this point i was so disgusted and just walked out. The clinic also brags about a menu you can choose from everyday but with no vegetarian options. Sandwiches with meat was served and when i asked for a plain sandwich they brought me 3 provitas that's suppose to be filling. I expected way more professional service.

  I am so impressed. This is a state of the art facility and five star accommodation. The staff including doctors, psychiatrists, sisters and nursing staff as well as the house keeping and catering is friendly, dedicated, caring, will organised and most extremely professional and kind. I felt like I was in heaven when I came here at two in the morning suffering from a depressive breakdown and psychosis. I was welcomed with friendly open arms and the staff make us feel special and they themselves are special people. I am so happy here I have had many experiences in different psychiatric aka drug rehabilitation intuitions bit this is by far the best of the best! I'm so relaxed and I feel so at ease and at home or add if I were in a hotel. My psychiatrist is so knowledgable and very intelligent and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to work with him. This is only my second day here but I feel so much better already. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I rate medic Neuroclinic a ten out of ten and want to say a big thank you to all the lovely staff making me feel so comfortable and comforting me. They really care here. They want to help you. They care about you as the person or is not just about money. I was traumatised by Minnesota House where I wasn't before I discharged and left for here. I am feeling wonderful. There is help for you. Here is where you can get all the help you need.
