  Please close down completely until the renovation is complete. 3rd time I'm being served trash in the drive thru. So disappointed.

  I wish I could choose half a star. According to Macdonalds standards, a drive through should take no longer than 3.9 minutes. We waited in the queue for 45 minutes. That's absolutely ridiculous. They should hire competent staff who can actually perform their tasks efficiently. Especially on a Saturday night!!!

  I was just there again tonight, bad experience again. Firstly the lady taking the order wasn't very friendly, didn't have manners to ask "Excuse me", I assume it's because she might be having a bad shift. Secondly, it took forever to be helped, the cue was very long, I understand that, but it moved extremely slowly. Thirdly, they didn't have icecream, which meant I couldn't order a McFlurry and lastly, the burgers were fresh, but looked like they had been squashed, didn't look very appetising, also, there was no garnish, only tomato sauce, as I understand, the Cheeseburgers should have onions, tangy pickles, mustard, and tomato sauce.

  This McDonald's has been serving us since I was kid, great service even it's Busy, clean and has enough staff. It has a huge well divided seating area with outside seating area, playroom dinning room, Party or Meeting room. My Favourite the Playroom has a huge slide. Yes there's a TV so you don't Miss the Game. During pick hours expect some delays. Mostly Importantly the operate during Public Holidays even during Festive Season.

  I'm sorry to all the fans of McDonald's but I'm not a fan..like this is a kids joint people..I mean literally have you seen how small those Burgerz are.... c'mon some of us are real man and we expect something bigger when we spend R100 at a store
