::Firstly I pay for my meal , upgrade from soft serve to Cappacino pay and went to pay at counter. So I stood one side as I await for my order. The cashier came to tell me they dont have Cappacino can she give me Filter coffee. I asked her , but I have just paid for Cappacino, she replied, well yah we don't have Cappacino. I then ask for Latte, no they only have Filter coffee.. Not offering my money back nor replacement. I accepted the filter coffee.. After 9min I received my order, immediately I opened my take away in my car. Chips ice cold.. Nope never again I will support McDonald's Potchefstroom again.. Ever!!

::There are some major upgrades on the store. It isn't the same old Macdonald's. Instead of ordering from the cashier, you now order on a tablet-like computer screen. The lighting in the store is perfect for selfies. Oh, and did I mention that there is a grass mat outside? The restaurant is divided in three sections: one for people paying with cards, the other for customers paying with cash and the other one is for people that work for Mr. Delivery.

::Never been to a McDonald's that's so busy. The self ordering kiosks there do not help a lot when it is so busy because people spend a lot of time learning them. The staff was great but could do just so much. I spend almost an hour there today at around 16h00.

::When one is traveling by road to anywhere else, I find McDonald's as a convenience place to buy food of the choice, either drive through nor sit in.
