::Very disappointed with my 'caramel ice coffee'. Firstly none of the employees knew how to make it, there were three of them trying to figure out how to make it. It was made with water, ice and coffee powder, no milk, no caramel syrup. Don't know what was the point of asking for a caramel ice coffee without caramel syrup.

::Very bad service I've waited for more then 2 hours for a Mac chicken medium meal and I work in highveld Mall its like 2 min drive... When I spoke to the lady after waiting a hour she said no the guy left already.... When I saw it was like 30 min later I phoned again she was so rude.... She said his only leaving now 30 min later.... 🙄 My food came 15 min before closing time Just get new staff people don't want to buy food from unfriendly staff Like really you need to do something about this

::Lol, I am not surprised by coming here and seeing how bad the reviews for this place already is... Sanele, or whatever your name is, please adjust your attitude while taking orders from customers. Also, make sure that you understand what the order is, while confirming it over the broken screen and microphone. Oh, and thank you for my refund. When three of your employees can't understand the order, I was quite sure the food would've been a mess too. Whoever the owner of this joint is, please consider closing your branch. Your poor name is being dragged through the mud.
