  Incompetent and unprofessional receptionist (his name is Cleren). Horrible attitude on the phone when I was making a late night booking. Although a room was reserved, but I decided to go elsewhere. I wonder if their "ity" got lost at their hospital.

  I called to make a booking my booking was confirmed and the room i wanted the next day i called again just cinfirm my booking and to let them know i would still be checking in my booking was confirmed due to the fact that it was going to take time for me to arrive ..they then called me to confirm if i was stil on my way i confirmed that i was stil on my way and told them what time i would arrive. When i arrived they couldnt find my name on the system but they just called me 30mins ago to confirm my booking. I had to show them on they're system that i had made a booking just to find out they had given my room away and i had to take another room across the road wher the bathroom lights didnt work there was no bathroom mat to soak up the water so it was wet on the floor .. maintenance was happening no one informed me the lights would be turned off i only had one towel to use even thou i clearly said two guests are checking i

  Untidy and cockroaches at the breakfast area. Cups and glasses in the room not properly cleaned just rinsed

  The two days that I spent at this place were good. They offered services that match a 3 star institution and driving there is even easier. Employees were friendly to talk to and the food was excellent. Good service.
