::Im really disappointed this time round with this spa. There were a number of factors that we were not impressed with. The professionalism has gone down. Due to the pool outside there was alot of noise so your peace and tranquility is lost. I also slipped on the floor due to a wet puddle and could have got seriously hurt. While people were having massages done there was a handyman repairing a light????There was no privacy whilst other people were getting massages done. For the amount you pay for a half day spa session you expect better..... seems like the plot has been lost .....

::Unfortunately I am going to have to give this place one star. My partner booked us for the night spa and from the time we walked in the level of professionalism was shocking. We sat there for 15mins before anyone told us exactly what we were waiting for. The massage ladies spoke to each other the entire time while massaging us. They kept getting interrupted with personal matters. My massage therapist was shouting out her grocery list to her colleague during my treatment. Then the highlight of it all was they ran out of time so my full body massage was completely rushed. I woke up the next day with a terrible pain on the right hand side of my back and I am still suffering 3 days later. I will never ever go back to this Spa, it was a waste of money and not the experience I was expecting at all.
