::It was chaos. I stood in a que (10 items or less) for more than an hour and a half with no social distancing between shoppers and staff members not complying either. You need H&S guidance asap

::The store was not full and they were following all the COVID-19 protocols. Sanitization and it was ok. All sections were open.

::A lot of prices missing. Waiing in a 20 minute que to pay for three items. Not customer centric. Massmart losing out here. Terrible service

::It's a large shop with a wide variety of goods and services offered. From Groceries, to furniture, to tech and stationary, appliances and all sports and fitness material. It's a one stop for it all. Makes shopping much easier. Prices are very good. Regular specials. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also offer delivery to even outskirts of the shop. Which is a great positive.
