::Poor service I have been to the place and the reception there told me that even though my doctor refered my baby boy there and made an appointment that appointment meant nothing I have to wait for my turn and guess what the appointment was scheduled for 14:00 but I was the last person to be consulted by the doctor and I tored my heart out and the doctor told me I have to come back when I have a chance for a child to be accessed then I did and my child was accessed by the receptionist given a paper to write his name and drawings then they told us that the doctor will contact me since 2nd week of November and its been a month and weeks since they said the doctor will contact me,what should I do

::The doctor is good but the wait is too long. Without an appointment one should be prepared to stay there the whole day. Bring food and water and on a cold day bring jackets as it can get pretty chilly
