::The staff are very friendly and made my wife and I feel so welcome. They were very helpful and attended to my problem immediately, even though mine wasnt part of the guarantee. They offered me coffee, while I waited for a short while as they attended to my Michel Herbelin watch. Duncan, a technician did not charge me anything, for a job that I was quoted about R1300 at a few other places.
