::My car was brought in for service this morning -when checking in after 10AM, REEDS N1 had not started the service, as Liquid Capital gave no authorisation for more than 2 HOURS. After calling the auth dept from REEDS, the Liquid capital representative who answered rudely refused to speak to me, and told the REEDS representative to wait, they're short-staffed. I called customer care (the only reason I'm giving any star at all) and spoke with a lovely lady called Thato, who was able to advise what's going on. Now 3 hours later, when I should be back at work as an essential services worker, I am still waiting in REEDS N1 City branch for Liquid Capital's auth department's Costa to approve my docs. I am appalled by the level of service and professionalism from Liquid Capital (excl Thato of course), their lack of respect and total disregard for others. We are still waiting for the approval -it is now 11AM, and can only hope to receive any feedback from them today. FUMING!!

::I had my car serviced twice since I bought it, the first time... There were problems, but hyundai said they managed to get a goodwill payment authorized... Not that this makes much sense, In my mind I bought a service plan and this thing should work, so goodwill payment or not, the service should be paid for. Then the second time I took it.. THE SAME THING! I then decide to cancel my policy in Feb 2020. They confirm that The Policy has been canceled, but it's been almost 3 months later and I still haven't received my money back. To make matters worse, they just don't reply to emails either. I'm glad I canceled the policy but I will make sure to tell as many people as possible to stay far far away from this company.

::My experiences have lead me to understand that Mitsubishi, Imperial and Liquid Capital have no regard to customer complaints. With the number of issues - Mitsubishi / Imperial, still running around, i had have not received adequate feedback on my rejected service for my vehicle. All i got was that it was rejected???? I spent over R4k during warranty schedule of the vehicle all because TOtal garage stuffed up my vehicle. Further, the 90k service was not entirely late outside of the grace allowable milage for the vehicle for liquid capital to reject the 105k service. I mean this could have probably been the last service on the vehicle on the plan. But than again, the insurance industry will look at more reasons not to help rather than to help? I am convinced on the conspiracy relation between the known entity's above to be as such where they benefit and not considering the customer and or complaints...

Your "Customer care" guy called for ratings, I say guy because he makes sure you don't hear a word he is saying he clearly doesn't want to work there and probably belongs at somewhere more suitable, home affairs maybe? Where he would fit right in. Only to hang up on me mid sentence. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! check your people we pay alot of money for the SERVICE you offer and expect better than those time wasters.
