  Mixed experience. My mum has been there a few times in the last few months. Great medical care and friendly staff, but when family members have gone, the nurses treatment are physically rough. Bruises, open sores, left in a chair for hours, rough bed washing especially with the elderly who have fragile skin. They also have very little training in adjusting the way they approach and deal with blind patients or patients with possibly other disabilities. This seems to be an issue with all nursing services, though. This hospital can be the start of a nursing revolution, and I hope they take this to heart and improve their nursing care, not just medical knowledge, but patient Care

  Was booked overnight for a hernia op. I was so impressed with the help, attitude and friendliness of each & every team member of this hospital from the doormen, through reception, to all the ward staff. No complaints whatsoever

  Clean and professional environment. Wards are easily accessible and the staff are friendly and efficient. The on-site shop serves delicious coffee(a tad expensive) but worthwhile. Parking attendants friendly and helpful. Vehicles parked in controlled area. Medical personnel extremely professional and courteous.

  My friend was admitted late Sunday night. The staff were helpful and reacted immediately. Since then every experience with staff has been positive, regardsless of position, from cleaners to doctors.

  Central location. Excellent medical staff.
