  It is better going to public hospital than coming to Carstonhof. Honestly I don't understand how only one doctor is working. The reason we pay for private facilities is so that we at least get service. They are not able to read results over the phone or send it via email. You need to come and wait in the line and depending on the queue they will read results when they are ready for you. I kid you not when I say I got here at 8pm and its 10 pm and no one is available to interpret my results to me. Sick and worried as I am I cannot believe this is called a private hospital

  This is worst private hospital ever, I doubt public hospitals are this bad. The nurses in the ICU making noise like they're at a taxi rank. Nurses in the other wards just as loud, went in for an operation and had ro wait hours for pain killers. The bathrooms were filthy I'm truly disgusted by the service. I wouldn't recommend this hospital or any of the doctors there!

  Not what it advertises. Not an ICU with patients at core. Medical aid rip off scheme. Investigate anything where you are required to deal with specialist physchian. See if you can reach be phone more than once. Mostly, go to a real hospital. This isn't.

  Long waiting times of over an hour plus for a booked appointment with a pediatrician. Yet you are charged plus 200% medical aid rates. No point making an appointment as specialists don't care about you. Rather go elsewhere if you paying 1000s.
