  Had the worst experience of my life! On holiday, got bitten by a spider. Went to the emergency room. Only 1 Dr on duty. Got there at 12:50,only left the hospital at 4:20!

  My daughter was admitted 3 times this year. The service is excellent, friendly staff and the Dr's do everything humanly possible.

  I was admitted today. I did wait for a bed as the hospital generally runs on 95%+ occupancy, which is understandable given the service. The staff are friendly, they are empathetic and easy to relate to. Thank you Life Bayview employees, you are the heartbeat.

  Someone I love with all my heart had to sit for 12 hours as there was no bed available, which is acceptable as that happens, but ... the person could have been taken care of in other ways, right? With no food for this reason, no comfort for that reason and whatever else ...was going on for no one to make the unaccommodating experience a better one we rate you 1 star. Service excellence is the only thing you can do as a business to do well and Bayview, you failed this time.
