  End of the month, and the only staff member able to operate the till went shopping. Several people came in and left. Waited 15minutes, and to add to it, really expensive for terrible service.

  Worst service imaginable and poor cleaning to go with it. Avoid at all costs.

  Slow turnaround times, expensive and half jobs - this was my experience at Levinger's Benmore. I am dissatisfied with the service I've received from Levinger's Benmore. I took a pair of suit pants in last week to be altered and advised them that it was urgent as for a wedding this past weekend. They advised me it would take 3 days (for a hole to be stitched up). I collected and paid for the alternations last Friday. However when my boyfriend put the suit pants on for the wedding, the hole (quite a large hole) had only partly been stitched up! I have taken at least three items to them this past week - dress to be dry cleaned as well as shoes to be glued. I was quite shocked at their steep prices, therefore was expecting them to do a good job.
