::My case is still running but I do not get any support from the Attorney they sit in court without saying anything nor coming up for me. If you do have something to say to the Attorney the Attorneys reactions are unacceptable. It is so frustrating not getting any help. I even had all evidence and nothing was done. My hands feel tied up and can not understand why legal aid wont fight for me and my kids. I'm on the end of loosing my kids to a abuser and the kids is in his care. This is not the only problem with legal aid you have to put in all the effort phoning them, if you as a person do not phone to follow up on anything nothing would have been done. I have send my complete file to legal aid and that same file have not been touched at all. I have attended court several times without the attorney not knowing what was going on and then sits next to you in court saying and doing nothing. Ever hurt of woman been abuses for years and now were is the legal actions ???????
